Abstract
目的 报道1例儿童自发性脑脊液耳鼻漏并发反复化脓性脑膜炎,探讨相应的诊治方法.方法 回顾性总结1例9岁自发性脑脊液耳鼻漏并发反复化脓性脑膜炎患儿的发病及诊治过程.结果 该患儿因反复4次化脓性脑膜炎就诊,经手术成功治愈.结论 儿童自发性脑脊液耳鼻漏是一种罕见疾病.对于反复发生化脓性脑膜炎患儿,儿科医师应警惕脑脊液耳鼻漏.
