Abstract
根除幽门螺杆(H.pylori)菌感染对消化道溃疡和胃癌等胃肠道疾病的治疗非常重要.由于H.pylori对抗生素的耐药率增加,克拉霉素三联疗法已不再是H.pylori治疗的最佳方法,特别是在某些地区当地对这种抗生素的抵抗力高于20％.有研究提出了根除H.pylori的替代疗法,其中包括新型抗生素或不同组合的经典抗生素,这些治疗方法被用于正规的临床实践中,作为新颖和更有效的治疗手段.其他治疗方法是使用与抗生素相关的益生菌来治疗这种感染,其治疗机制尚未完全明了,尚需进一步研究证实.
