Abstract
高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染属于宫颈癌的一个致病因素,临床认为病毒DNA的整合至宿主基因组这种是引发宫颈癌的关键性原因.尤其高危型的HPV DNA整合会致使E1和E2区中断或是大部分的缺失,E6、E7致癌的基因则会出现过表达,激活宿主致癌的基因.本文主要分析了HPV的整合位点,深入研究高危型HPV DNA整合致宫颈癌的机制,提出检测方法,现进行以下综述.
