Abstract
目的 Octavius 4D系统是通过蓝牙让模体和机架同步的验证系统,中间插入二维矩阵剂量仪来验证剂量,本研究应用Octavius 4D验证系统探讨容积旋转调强技术(volumetric-modulated arc therapy,VMAT)剂量验证的可行性.方法 选择2015-03-01-2017-06-30我院30例VMAT旋转治疗患者,头部选取4例脑肿瘤,头颈部选取4例喉癌,胸部选取7例食管癌和5例肺癌,盆腔部选取10例宫颈癌,Octavius 4D验证系统验证,进行γ通过率分析.结果 体积的γ分析通过率最高,高于三维(three-dimension,3D)和二维(two-dimension,2D),在γ分析方式为3 mm/3%,阈值10%条件下,最大剂量处体积通过率为(94.97±2.42)%,结果符合临床剂量验证要求.结论 Octavius 4D验证系统可以满足临床要求,为VMAT计划实施提供有效的质量保证.
