Abstract
滤泡性淋巴瘤(follicular lymphoma,FL)起源于生发中心B细胞,是最常见的惰性非霍奇金淋巴瘤,中老年人多见,易复发和进展[1],儿童的滤泡性淋巴瘤罕见.2016年WHO最终修订版中已将儿童型滤泡性淋巴瘤(pediatric-type follicular lymphoma, PTFL)确认为非霍奇金淋巴瘤的一种亚型[2].国外近几十年仅几组小样本报道,国内近十余年仅几例病例报道.本文将对郑州大学附属肿瘤医院2例PTFL患者进行讨论.
