Abstract
本文介绍1例HER2阳性晚期胃癌病例的多学科诊治过程.该患者初诊时即为晚期,颈部及腹腔、纵隔淋巴结多发转移,无法切除.经过多学科讨论,患者经一线化疗联合曲妥珠单抗治疗、二线化疗联合脑转移灶放疗、三线更换化疗方案并重启曲妥珠单抗靶向药物及后线多种治疗手段综合应用,患者总生存期达25个月.晚期胃癌患者预后不佳,多学科协作可整合治疗方案决策,使患者获得合理的个体化综合治疗方案,有效延长生存期.
