Abstract
胰腺实性假乳头状肿瘤(solid-pseudopapillary tumors of the pancreas,SPTP),是一种比较罕见的胰腺肿瘤,主要为囊性病变,多灶性病例极罕见. 治疗上采取外科手术,总体预后良好,但仍有部分早年国外文献报道病例出现局部复发和肝转移. 本文将报告 4 例,并分析其临床病理学特征.
