1资料与方法
1.1材料
病例随机选取15例左侧乳腺癌改良根治术后的放疗患者.设备:德国西门子公司Somatom Definition AS CT模拟机,美国Med-Tee 250型乳腺托架,飞利浦Pinnacle 9.8放疗计划系统.
1.2方法
CT定位:患者采用乳腺托架固定,双手上举平躺于乳腺托架,患者在平静呼吸状态下,使用CT模拟机行CT扫描.CT扫描范围:下颌角至对侧乳腺下缘皱褶下5 cm,扫描层厚5 mm,获取CT图像后,通过网络将CT图像传输至飞利浦Pinnacle放疗计划系统.
