目的 研究BC369对鼠源肠癌(C26)的抑瘤效应.方法 采用小鼠实体瘤的药效学实验方法.结果 BC369对鼠源肠癌(C26)的肿瘤抑制率为(57.47±2.83)%,与对照组比较,P＜0.001.结论 BC369对鼠源肠癌(C26)肿瘤生长有显著抑制作用.
