Abstract
内分泌治疗是雌激素受体(ER)阳性乳腺癌治疗的重要手段之一.临床研究显示,许多接受内分泌治疗的患者在治疗期间或治疗后发生复发,这些患者对内分泌治疗原发耐药或在治疗期间发生耐药.因此,有必要寻找可靠预测因子来预测哪些患者对内分泌治疗敏感.本文主要探讨临床病理因素、多基因检测及液体活检在乳腺癌内分泌治疗中的预测作用.
