Abstract
RNF180是一种新型的环指基因编码蛋白,作为E3泛素蛋白连接酶参与细胞分化、增殖、各种疾病和肿瘤的发生等各种生物过程.RNF180抑癌基因通过甲基化沉默或下调基因表达,与肿瘤的发生及发展密切相关.已有相关研究表明,RNF180基因的甲基化程度及其CpG甲基化位点与肿瘤患者生存显著相关,在临床中可作为独立的预后因子.
