Abstract
肺癌是目前常见的恶性肿瘤,预后较差,大多患者发现时即已发生转移.目前临床上的常规检查方法难以判断肺癌是否发生胸膜腔微转移,而冲洗胸腔后在冲洗液中找到瘤细胞则可以证明肺癌已经发生了胸膜腔微转移,这种方法可以评估肺癌分期,并且为后续的治疗提供依据.本文将针对胸腔冲洗液查瘤细胞的研究进展和应用作一综述.
