Abstract
目的:建立ALK分离荧光原位杂交探针(FISH)检测ALK基因重排,并对临床样本进行检测.方法:制备ALK基因分离探针,使用TFG-ALK和EML4-ALK基因重排样本验证探针,同时检测临床非小细胞肺癌样本.结果:采用本研究制备的ALK分离探针能准确检测出经病理确诊的TFG-ALK和EML4-ALK基因重排.结论:ALK分离探针荧光信号清晰,背景干扰较少,能够准确的检测多种形式ALK基因重排.
