Abstract

如今针对肿瘤病人的治疗主要集中在手术切除、放疗、化疗或联合应用.有文献报导手术切除、放疗、抗血管生成剂治疗后长期的效果并不十分理想,甚至出现侵袭和转移增加的现象.近年来关于预转移微环境(pre-metastatic niche)的研究越来越深入,认为病人是否出现转移与预转移微环境的形成有关.缺氧及肿瘤细胞分泌因子(tumor-derived secreted factors,TDSFs)如基质金属蛋白酶(metalloproteinases,MMPs)和赖氨酰氧化酶(lysyl oxidase,LOX)在其中有重要作用,同时又与募集的骨髓源细胞(bone marrow-derived cells,BMDCs)有关.本文就预转移微环境形成的影响因素和生物学意义进行综述.
