缺氧微环境下TRPC3促进U87MG胶质瘤细胞的增殖

Abstract
目的:探讨缺氧微环境下瞬时感应性C通道3(transient receptor potential canonical channels 3, TRPC3)对U87MG胶质瘤细胞增殖的影响.方法:缺氧建立缺氧模型,以阻断剂抑制通道开放,以RNA干扰技术下调TRPC3的表达;CCK-8检测胶质瘤细胞增殖,流式细胞术检测细胞周期.结果:缺氧条件下TRPCl通道阻断剂及表达下调均可显著抑制U87MG细胞增殖,并引起G1期周期的阻滞.结论:缺氧微环境下TR-PC3促进U87MG胶质瘤细胞的增殖.
