抑癌基因NDRG2的研究进展

Abstract
NDRG2属于NDRG家族(N-myc down-stream regulated gene family),是一种与细胞增殖和分化相关的抑癌基因,分布广泛且生物学功能复杂,在全身多种组织器官均有表达.参与组织胚胎发育、细胞分化并且与血液免疫系统关系密切.在缺血再灌注损伤中对组织起保护作用.与肿瘤的发生、发展和转归密切相关.本文就NDRG2最近研究进展作一综述.
