Abstract
肿瘤坏死因子相关凋亡配体受体（ TRAIL-R）是TRAIL介导细胞凋亡的重要结合靶点，其中TRAIL-R1和TRAIL-R2（即死亡受体4和死亡受体5）是与诱导细胞凋亡最直接相关的受体，也是最具有开发前景的药物设计靶点。本文对TRAIL-R及其抗体的临床前和临床研究作全面综述，为探索TRAIL介导的抗肿瘤治疗进一步研究提供参考。
