Abstract
目的 研究槲皮素(Quercetin)对膀胱癌细胞BIU-87侵袭和凋亡的影响.方法 采用不同浓度槲皮素处理人膀胱癌细胞BIU-87,应用CCK-8法检测细胞增殖,Transwell法实验观察膀胱癌细胞BIU-87的侵袭能力,流式细胞术分析细胞凋亡率,免疫印迹法检测hIAP-2和MMP-2蛋白表达.结果 槲皮素可有效抑制BIU-87细胞的增殖和侵袭能力(P<0.05),一定浓度和时间的槲皮素作用于膀胱癌细胞BIU-87后可促使其凋亡(P<0.05),且hIAP-2和MMP-2蛋白的表达量下降(P<0.05).结论 槲皮素可抑制膀胱癌细胞BIU-87的增殖和侵袭能力,并促使其凋亡,其机制可能与下调hIAP-2和MMP-2蛋白表达有关.
