Abstract
0 引言 中枢神经细胞瘤(central neurocytoma,CNC)是一种少见的中枢神经系统肿瘤,自首次报道至今共有500余例报道.CNC常发生于侧脑室内,多起源于透明隔和侧脑室壁.位于脑室外的CNC更少见,迄今仅有70余例报道[1].本文将报道1例原发于鞍区的脑室外神经细胞瘤,极为罕见.结合文献复习,就其临床表现、影像学表现、病理特征及治疗方法进行总结,以期提高对本病的认识.
