原发性肝癌诊断主要依靠临床表现、血清AFP浓度、相关的影像学表现.CT检查已成为肝癌术前及术后常规检查方法之一.但对于小肝癌检出的敏感性不如动脉造影CT(computed tomography arteriography,CTA)及经动门脉造影CT(computed tomography arterialportography,CTAP)[1],本研究通过对肝内病灶动态CTA和CTAP扫描,选择动脉和动门脉造影CT的最佳时相.
