Abstract
目的 探讨新型肿瘤标志物细胞角蛋白19片段2G2(CK19-2G2)血清水平对肺癌的诊断价值.方法 采用化学发光法检测并比较了150例肺癌、50例肺炎和150名健康体检者空腹血清中CK19-2G2水平,对比血清CK19-2G2与CYFRA21-1水平对肺癌的诊断效能.结果 CK19-2G2诊断肺癌的敏感度和准确度分别为55.3％(83/150)、80.3％(281/350),而CYFRA21-1诊断肺癌的敏感度和准确度分别为28.0％(42/150)、67.4％(236/350).CK19-2G2敏感度和准确度高于CYFRA21-1(P＜ 0.001).结论 新型肿瘤标志物CK19-2G2血清水平能够起到肺癌临床辅助诊断的作用.
