RACK1蛋白的异常表达参与胃癌的发生发展,并影响胃癌的淋巴转移.胃癌组织中RACK1蛋白的高表达率与TNM分期、肿瘤分化程度以及淋巴结转移显著相关,RACK1的检测具有较高的临床应用价值.全文就近年来RACK1在胃癌癌变过程中作用的研究做一综述.
