宫颈癌是最常见的三大妇科恶性肿瘤之一,目前早期宫颈癌患者多以手术治疗为主.单孔腹腔镜手术(laparoendoscopic single-site surgery,LESS)作为微创手术的一种创新术式已开始应用于各类妇科疾病的治疗,但因宫颈癌根治术难度大、手术技巧要求高,目前单孔腹腔镜宫颈癌根治术尚处于探索发展阶段,本文就单孔腹腔镜技术在宫颈癌手术治疗中的研究进展作一综述.
