在肿瘤发生及发展过程中,肿瘤微环境起着至关重要的作用.已有研究证实肿瘤微环境异质性对肿瘤的疗效及耐药性有着巨大影响.本文综述了肿瘤微环境中免疫细胞及相关的免疫因子,以及血管内皮细胞异质性与肿瘤进展及预后的关系.从而更好的帮助我们理解肿瘤微环境异质性对于肿瘤的影响.有利于我们通过多种手段增强机体的抗肿瘤能力,从而抑制和杀伤肿瘤细胞.
