近年来,冷冻消融(Cryoablation,CA)在骨转移瘤的治疗中取得了明显的进步,已单独或联合其他疗法广泛应用于临床.可在CT、MRI或超声引导下对冷冻消融手术进行实时监控,具有微创、安全和术后并发症少等优点,对骨转移瘤患者的疼痛缓解和肿瘤局部控制等方面疗效显著.本文就冷冻消融在骨转移瘤治疗中的临床应用进展及并发症等予以综述.
