Abstract
目的探讨食管黏膜上皮癌变过程中PTEN、PCNA表达及相互关系.方法对128例正常食管黏膜、单纯增生、非典型增生、食管癌切除标本,采用S-P免疫组化染色法检测PTEN、PCNA表达情况.结果随食管上皮增生程度加重,PTEN阳性表达含量渐减,PCNA表达递增,食管癌与其他组间差异显著(P＜0.05);PTEN、PCNA阳性表达呈显著负相关(P＜0.01).结论食管黏膜上皮癌变过程中PTEN有明显缺失现象,与细胞增殖有密切关系.
