移植后造血干细胞(HSC)的归巢和植入直接影响移植的效果,探索移植后骨髓中HSC的空间分布、定位和与周围微环境的相互作用具有重要意义.由于骨髓腔密闭且被厚而不透光的密质骨包绕,使通过体内直接追踪移植后HSC遇到很大挑战.近期,研究者们使用不同的创新方法体内直接观察移植后骨髓中HSC的空间分布及其与周围微环境的作用关系,文章对此进行了总结.
