一些抗精神病药物会引起脑电波的改变,所以当联用MECT治疗精神疾病时,要尤其注意使用的药物类型及剂量,本文报告了一例MECT联合奥氮平及小剂量舍曲林后诱发癫痫的病例,从起病形式到发生的可能机制加以分析.
