Abstract
目的 探讨高龄患者慢性硬膜下血肿临床特征及治疗效果.方法 对56例高龄慢性硬膜下血肿病人临床特点,影像学资料,治疗方法,血肿量,并发症,住院时间等回顾性分析.结果 56例中采用钻孔引流37例,采用小骨瓣开颅及包膜清除11例,保守治疗8例.结论按GOS评分评定治愈50例,好转4例,死亡2例.
