Abstract
自身免疫性突触脑炎(autoimmune synaptic encephali-tis,ASE)是近年来发现的由抗神经元表面或突触蛋白抗体所致的一组特殊脑炎,典型表现为精神行为异常、记忆障碍以及癫痫发作[1-2].抗GABAB受体脑炎(anti-γ-amino-butyric acid B receptor encephalitis)约占ASE的5%[2],相对罕见,临床表现与病毒性脑炎类似,易被误诊.现报道我科近期收治的一例抗GABAB受体脑炎,并复习相关文献,以期提高临床医生对其认识.
