Abstract
中、晚期阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease,AD)的治疗效果不佳,研究的注意力已转向其早期诊断和早期干预[1].长期以来,AD的诊断应用1984年美国神经病学、语言障碍和卒中-老年性痴呆和相关疾病学会(National Institute of Neurological and Communicative Disorders and Stroke and the Alzheimer' s Disease and Related Disorders Association,NINCDS-ADRDA)标准[2].但由于缺乏诊断性标志物,导致其特异度较低,区别AD和健康老人的特异度为69％[3],区别AD和其他痴呆类型的特异度只有23％[4].
