Abstract
缬沙坦(valsartan)是一种新型的血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)受体1拮抗剂 (AAG).资料表明,长期应用AAG 能够降低高血压患者脑卒中的发生率.为探讨AAG是否对缺血性脑损伤有保护作用,我们取正常血压大鼠,采用大脑中动脉闭塞(MCAO)模型,观察缬沙坦对大鼠脑缺血的保护作用.
