Abstract
目的 探讨高频超声在外周神经病变中的诊断价值.方法 应用高频超声检查20例正常成人肢体外周神经、24例外周神经病变患者.结果 外周神经完全离断5例,外周神经部分损伤6例,神经炎性肿胀粘连4例,卡压性损伤4例,外周神经肿瘤5例.结论 高频超声可作为外周神经病变和损伤首选的检查方法,值得临床推广应用.
