Abstract
缺血/再灌注损伤在中枢神经系统常见,脑或脊髓缺血/再灌注损伤均可造成严重的神经功能损伤.已知哺乳动物雷帕霉素靶蛋白(mTOR)相关信号通路参与脑或脊髓的缺血/再灌注损伤,但具体作用尚存争议,文中就mTOR通路和中枢神经系统缺血/再灌注损伤的相关研究作综述.
