重组组织型纤溶酶原激活剂(recombinant tissue plasminogen activator,rt-PA)阿替普酶(alteplase)静脉溶栓治疗急性缺血性脑卒中安全有效,风险较小[1].其常见的不良反应为出血,而其他的不良反应报道较少.现对我院收治的1例急性脑梗死患者使用阿替普酶溶栓后出现了持续性低血压报道如下.
