缺血性脑卒中(cerebral ischemic stroke,CIS)发生后,小胶质细胞(microglia, MG)激活后的2种极化表型-经典激活型小胶质细胞(M1型)与替代激活型小胶质细胞(M2型)分别起着促炎与抑炎的作用,如何将小胶质细胞从促炎的M1表型转化为抗炎的M2表型,逐渐成为CIS治疗的新途径.本文对小胶质细胞的特性及其分泌的细胞因子在CIS的双重作用进行综述.
