Abstract
目的 探讨重症肌无力(MG)合并甲状腺功能亢进临床特点及诊治,增进对此类疾病的认识.方法 报道1例MG合并甲状腺功能亢进的临床资料,结合文献进行分析.结果 MG合并甲状腺功能亢进同时治疗效果更好.结论 MG和甲状腺功能亢进的关联是自身免疫性疾病在人体不同组织系统中针对相同抗原决定簇的损伤,临床医生应该注意到两种疾病同时存在的可能性.
