Abstract
CLIPPERS 综合征,全名是类固醇激素反应性慢性淋巴细胞性炎症伴脑桥血管周围强化症(chronic lymphocytic inflammation with pontine perivascular enhancement responsive to steroids,CLIPPERS) ,是一种主要累及脑桥、 中脑及小脑血管周围,以淋巴细胞浸润为主、 对类固醇激素治疗有效的中枢系统慢性炎性疾病.由 Pittock 等于 2010 年首次报告,目前国内外报道约 60 余例,是一种比较罕见的疾病,但其临床及影像表现具有一定特点[ 1].现报告 1 例 CLIPPERS 综合征临床、 影像表现及治疗情况,并结合文献分析其临床及影像学特征,以提高对该病的认识.
