Abstract

颈内动脉血泡样动脉瘤(blood blister-like aneurysm,BBA)位于颈内动脉(internal carotid artery,ICA)床突上段前壁、前内侧壁或前外侧壁,发出于ICA主干,通常与ICA分支无关.在颈内动脉的动脉瘤中血泡样动脉瘤占0.9%~6.5%[1],在所有颅内动脉瘤中占 1.0%[2].血泡样动脉瘤多为小动脉瘤或微小动脉瘤,瘤壁薄而脆弱,瘤体呈半球形凸起,出血后易在短期内进展为囊状动脉瘤,因此BBA在早期复发率及术后出血率相当高,且手术风险较高,到目前为止,血泡样动脉瘤的最佳治疗方式仍颇具争议.本文对其病因、病理、临床特点、血管造影特点及临床诊治进展做一综述.
