Abstract
丘脑出血大多是由于高血压引起膝状体动脉和丘脑穿通动脉破裂所致,发病率较高,文献报道其占脑出血的13%~31%[1,2]. 但双侧丘脑同时发生出血,影像学表现为"镜像现象"是极为罕见的,现有文献均为散发报道,临床表现复杂多样,最常见的有四肢瘫痪、构音障碍、假性球麻痹等症状[3]. 现报道在我院诊治的2例双侧丘脑出血病例并复习相关文献.
