研究发现[1],Percheron动脉(artery of percheron,APO)闭塞所致双侧丘脑梗死占缺血性卒中的0.1％～0.3％,占丘脑梗死的22％ ～35％.临床主要表现为突发意识障碍、垂直凝视障碍、认知障碍等,临床易与其它双侧丘脑病变混淆,需鉴别诊断.本文总结9例APO闭塞所致双侧丘脑梗死的临床表现、影像特点、治疗及预后.
