Abstract
蛋白激酶D(PKD)是丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶家族中的一类新成员,参与调控了细胞生理以及病理状态的众多功能,近年来受到广泛关注.已有文献报道,PKD特定蛋白亚型的异常表达在多类肿瘤的发生、发展中起到关键作用,影响肿瘤细胞的增殖、分化、凋亡、侵袭以及上皮间充质样变等过程.本文通过介绍PKD的结构、活性调控机制及其相关信号通路,对近年来PKD在肿瘤中的研究进展进行综述.
