Abstract
经蝶垂体瘤手术由于术中要打开蝶窦前壁和鞍底颅骨,尤其部分患者鞍隔脑膜破损,出现脑脊液漏,以往这些患者多取自体大腿脂肪,用医用胶水进行鞍底修补,并且加用明胶海绵填充.自2010年以来,我们对于垂体瘤经蝶手术中出现少量脑脊液漏的患者应用人工脑膜结合医用胶水进行鞍底修补,取得了良好手术效果,现报道如下.
