Abstract
结核性脑膜炎(tuberculous meningitis,TBM)是由结核分枝杆菌(mycobacterium tuberculosis,MTB)感染经血播散后在软脑膜下种植形成结核结节,当结核结节破溃后MTB进入蛛网膜下腔而引起一种非化脓性炎性疾病,主要侵犯脑膜、脊膜和脑实质.在各种结核疾病中,TBM是最严重的一种,发病率和死亡率高,存活者也可能留有神经系统后遗症[1].近年来,由于HIV的感染、抗结核药物的过度使用和结核耐药菌的出现,结核病(tuberculosis,TB)的患病率有所增加[2-3].
