Abstract
干燥综合征是一种慢性炎性自身免疫病 ,起病多隐匿 ,大多数患者很难说出明确的起病时间 ,其临床表现多样 ,病情轻重差异较大.临床表现主要包括局部表现和系统表现 ,前者表现为口干燥症、干燥性结膜炎.后者主要表现为全身症状如乏力和发热等 ,同时出现皮肤、肾脏、骨骼肌肉和神经系统等多个系统损害的临床表现.
