Abstract
癫(癎)强直阵挛发作持续状态(SE)是神经内科常见危重症之一,不仅可造成以中枢神经系统为主的全身各重要脏器的严重损害,而且严重者将很快导致死亡.本文总结了我科2011年1月～2012年12月2年间共收治的68例SE病人,现报告如下.
1 资料与方法
一般资料:本组68例中,男42例,女26例,年龄12～60岁,以青壮年为多.其中症状性癫(癎)48例,特发性及隐匿性癫(癎)20例.入院前癫(癎)持续发作最短20 min,最长为48 h.
