Abstract
脑微出血(cerebral microbleeds,CMBs)一种脑小血管病的影像学表现,对缺血性卒中的复发和出血性转化均有重要影响.心房颤动(atrial fibrillation, AF)是常见的心律失常类型,可显著增高卒中风险,而且AF患者的CMBs发生率也显著高于非AF患者.抗栓治疗是卒中预防的基石,但同时也会增高出血风险.对于伴有CMBs的AF患者,应评估卒中预防获益与出血风险.
