Abstract
脉络丛上皮细胞可分泌多种生物活性肽,包括生长因子和神经营养因子,对促进大脑发育、维持大脑形态和功能稳定具有重要作用.此外,脉络丛上皮细胞具有神经干细胞的特性,将其作为移植细胞治疗脑缺血具有合理性.离体实验和动物实验均证实,脉络丛上皮细胞可通过多种机制抗氧化损伤、减少细胞凋亡和抑制炎性反应,从而发挥神经保护作用.文章对脉络丛上皮细胞在脑缺血中的神经保护作用进行了综述.
