Abstract
脑钠肽(brain natriuretic peptide,BNP)是心功能紊乱时最敏感和特异的实验室指标之一.N端脑钠肽原(N-terminal pro-brain natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)是BNP的N端前体,两者的功能并不完全一致,但其理化性质优于BNP,现已广泛用于心血管疾病的诊断和治疗监测.在卒中领域,BNP尤其是NT-proBNP的检测应用较少.文章就NT-proBNP在心脑血管疾病,尤其是在缺血性脑血管病中的作用进行了综述.
