艾滋病并发二期梅毒和神经梅毒1例

Abstract
报告艾滋病并发二期梅毒和神经梅毒1例.患者男,30岁.躯干四肢斑疹1月余,左眼视物模糊5天.入院后查:外周血TPPA(+)、TRUST 1∶128(+)、HIV-Ab(+);脑脊液TPPA(+)、TRUSTl∶8(+);脑脊液常规:白细胞总数25×106/L;脑脊液生化:蛋白1 323.6 mg/L,潘氏试验(+);外周血CD4+T淋巴细胞数:23 cells/μL;外周血HIV-1 RNA定量检测:2.96×105 copies/mL.最终确诊为“①二期梅毒;②神经梅毒;③艾滋病;④左眼葡萄膜炎”.予水剂青霉素针、苄星青霉素针治疗后梅毒得到有效控制,3个月后复查血清TRUST降至1∶8,目前仍在随访中.
